By accessing the Signal Nomad website or purchasing any Signal Nomad product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after order fulfillment. Signal Nomad is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day return policy on hardware that is defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns for non-defective products may be accepted at our discretion, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware purchases. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. This does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, physical impact, or unauthorized modification.
Many Signal Nomad products; including but not limited to weather alert radios, two-way radios, power stations, solar panels, signal boosters, and electronic accessories; are intended for outdoor, off-grid, emergency, and field use in unpredictable environments. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use, including the risk of injury, accident, or death that may result from product use, misuse, improper installation, weather conditions, electrical hazards, reliance on the product during an emergency, or failure of the product to function as expected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Nomad, its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, accident, disability, or death; whether to you or to any third party; arising out of or in any way connected with the purchase, possession, installation, use, or failure of any product sold by Signal Nomad. This includes, without limitation, any injury or death occurring during emergency situations, power outages, weather events, electrical incidents, off-grid deployment, or any activity in which the product is relied upon or used. You acknowledge that Signal Nomad products are not medical, life-safety, or emergency-response devices and should not be relied upon as the sole means of preserving life, health, or safety.
Signal Nomad is further not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or connectivity failure. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a product purchased from Signal Nomad shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or death, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
